Parkinson’s affects people in many ways beyond the muscle stiffness and tremor. For me sleep disturbance is probably one of the biggest challenges and does not respond to medication. It’s frustrating and exhausting.
So the early hours often find me painting, and these 2 pictures are recent explorations of light and shade. I love painting the sky, the one with the rapeseed is looking North from the house as the sun was rising. The seascape is not meant to be anywhere specific.
